This design was hand-painted by Kristy then converted into a towel pattern by the artist for a handcrafted look.
The Louisiana iris is a beloved native flower by many New Orleanians, but for me- it reminds me of long walks with my daughter through City Park. Every Spring they pop up all around the border of the bayous and ponds in clusters of interesting shapes and vibrant colors.
I created the pattern in a few different colorways and was able to narrow it down to two: french pink and lilac.
This is no dishtowel. It's a high functioning decorative hand towel that adds an artful touch draped over an oven handle, resting on your bar top, or sitting sink-side in your guest bathroom.
